Newton KIA I stopped in on a drive by seeing a car I had been thinking about buying, drove it and liked it but what really made me make the purchase was the cust I stopped in on a drive by seeing a car I had been thinking about buying, drove it and liked it but what really made me make the purchase was the customer service received there. Both Nelson and Herb were very nice, courteous and made me feel as though I was not being attacked with a sales pitch or pressured into buying right then. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car to buy. On another note....I was not impressed with the man who closed the deal in finance...He took it very personal that I did not purchase the extended warranty and proceeded to tell me all that my new car is known to go wrong with Subaru, taking me from feeling happy about my purchase to a feeling of fear it would break down. He may have had a sale had he approached me in a better manner than to try motivating me out of fear. More
