I had recently totaled my car, from which I and my family had previously bought our last four vehicle My experience at Newton Kia was like no other. I had recently totaled my car, from which I and my family had previously bought our last four vehicle n s, my friend had recommended that I try out Newton Kia, so I did, and for the first time during my car buying experience I was relaxed and confident with my purchase. I received everything I wanted within the vehicle and even though I did not have the best financial situation I was able to take the car home that very night. I have never felt so comfortable within a dealership, at no point was I left at Nelson's desk unattended waiting for him, someone from the dealership was with me every step of the way. I have never had that kind of service before and because of this I would recommend every one go to Newton Kia for their next car purchase. I will be a customer for life. A different Kia dealership in Virginia was not only insistent that I buy a car from them, but also beginning to think that every place was the same. All the the statements made by the other dealerships (Denville, Mt Oliver) were grossly misleading in price and they mislead me on their ability to get me the car I wanted. Neslon came highly recommended to me and I now know why. When the other dealerships could not deliver on the price/model I called Nelson and gave him a deposit over the phone! It is worth noting that the Newton Kia dealership is not even close to my home. Nelson never mislead me - not once. His price was he price. He never played any silly games with me. He had the most competitive price and he gave me his very best price the first time I spoke with him. In addition to Nelson my husband and I liked everyone at the dealership. Its a nice dealership. Everyone we dealt wth at Newtown Kia that was involved in this purchase was great. More
