I visited Sussex Kia to test drive it and stumbled upon Nelson, the manager. I fell in love with the car just sitting in it and after driving it I couldn't imagine myself in anything else. Nelson was patient, kind, and an out-of-the box thinker. Nelson has a keen mind for business as well as truly understands the importance of genuine customer relations. I didn't feel like I was being sold but rather that I had a team of problem solvers working to make my dream a reality while staying on a budget. Lou, the finance manager, was a part of the team as well. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover Sussex Kia and the Telluride. I agree with Kelly Blue Book that it's an incredible value. A true diamond in the rough. I highly recommend Sussex Kia, Nelson, and Lou if you're looking for a car full of features at a fair price. More

Kia has failed to provide me with registration and license plates after 5 months. I haven’t been able to drive my car for months and they just don’t care. They won’t do anything to help they just say license plates after 5 months. I haven’t been able to drive my car for months and they just don’t care. They won’t do anything to help they just say they will and they don’t!!! Meanwhile my car can’t be driven without getting pulled over because it has no plates and Kia doesn’t do anything about it!!!
