Nissan 113 Went for an inspection today they failed me on wioer blades. Even though I knew it would cost more at the dealership I was not told until I received my bill that i was charged an additional 15. on wioer blades. Even though I knew it would cost more at the dealership I was not told until I received my bill that i was charged an additional 15.95 to install them. Takes literally 60 seconds. Was not told this ahead of time. They also apply a 3.5 percent surcharge if paying by credit card. I will not be back, over thevtwo years we have had the car the dealership had been horrible. The people seem nice but they do what they are told to do More

Matt and Steve were insincere and unethical throughout the process. After some back and forth during my initial In-person visit, Matt called to offer an economic solution that i could afford on a fixed in the process. After some back and forth during my initial In-person visit, Matt called to offer an economic solution that i could afford on a fixed income. The next day i went back to finalize the purchase. Matt and Steve, after a few hours of checking with managers and reviewing incentives, presented a deal materially different than anything we discussed. Having already invested hours and pressured to sign i walked away feeling very much taken advantage of. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re in the market for a Nissan. More

They have diplorable customer service in all areas. They don't return phone calls When I bought my last car I made an appointment with the sales rep who sold me the car. I arrived at my appointment time, waited 20 minutes called him and I quote " I forgot, can you wait 10 minutes I am at lunch!'. There seems to be only one service rep Kristen Horn that can do anything. She is so busy communication is poor! I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
