Matt and Steve were insincere and unethical throughout the process. After some back and forth during my initial In-person visit, Matt called to offer an economic solution that i could afford on a fixed in the process. Matt and Steve, after a few hours of checking with managers and reviewing incentives, presented a deal materially different than anything we discussed. Having already invested hours and pressured to sign i walked away feeling very much taken advantage of. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re in the market for a Nissan. More

Tire pressure was low (17) on passenger side front. After 3 hours of waiting, they told me they checked out the tire and there was no leak and they filled it with air. No charge. The next morning my tire pressure again was low (16). I took the car to a tire shop in Sayville. They found the leak in 5 minutes on the side wall of the tire. They took the tire off and put on the donut, ordered a new tire which came in one day. The next day they put on the new tire in 5 minutes. I sat in your waiting room for 3 hours to get the incorrect answer. More

The salesperson "Gran" was adamant about pushing me into buying or leasing a new car. After going back and forth between us and the "manager", we tried explaining the maximum amount I could finance & he was buying or leasing a new car. "That's not gonna work" was said to us more times than I cared to hear. What do you mean "it's not gonna work"?! There were plenty of used cars on that lot that fell into my price range. He wasn't having it. Kept pushing us. So we got up to walk out. The next thing I know "Gran" is dropping f-bombs!!! And when my husband responded to his outrageous language, "Gran" tried coaxing him into a physical altercation!!! He said "Let's take this outside!" My husband said "Neither of us are Spring chickens. I don't think you want to do that." Gran says "Let's take this off-property!" "We'll go across the street!" "I'll knock your head off!" We're already almost to the door and this guy is walking after us, threatening my husband!!! My husband asked "What are we, in high school?!" and we walked out. I was floored!!! I'm still in shock! I may have to file a police report & go to court for an order of protection. This guy knows everything about me! Full name, SSN, where I live, where I work. It's extremely concerning to me! More
