Fix one problem and causes another to happen I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I took my truck in because the defrosters were not working. I used my 3rd party warranty and apparent I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I took my truck in because the defrosters were not working. I used my 3rd party warranty and apparently they only covered the part and not all the work, which left me paying $600.00! When I got my truck back the defrosters only worked on and off but now the hvac blend door is binding. Which was never an issue before and the service guy told me "it's because the defrosters work now" I would expect for $600 that this would not be an issue but now they want to charge me another $440.00 to fix this issue. Or maybe it's because I am a woman who they can get over on!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!! More

Rip Off!!! I went to Nissan 422 of Limerick Wednesday night with my daughter. We were looking for a sedan for her and we found 2 Hyundai Elantras with low miles I went to Nissan 422 of Limerick Wednesday night with my daughter. We were looking for a sedan for her and we found 2 Hyundai Elantras with low miles. Both vehicles were listed online for about $9100. When we got there we noticed that there were no prices on the cars. We then when inside a dealership and I told my daughter not to let them know that we knew the price of the cars. I then met with one of the salesman who told me that both cars were listed for $14,995. So right away I was very leery of this dealership. My daughter then brought both cars up on her phone and I showed the salesman that both cars were listed for $9100 and $9288. The salesman and told me that apparently the Internet price had changed and they did not make the correction on their inventory sheet. So why don’t way again I was leery about this dealership trying to sell me a car over $5000 more then listed on the Internet. Manager heard me came over and apologized for the mistake. But I was then told by the salesman that every used car also has an $895 dealer prep fee which is not reflected in the price. He told me this fee is for their dealership to look over the cars and make sure they are ready for sale. I never heard of a dealership especially one that sells used cars charging $895 for a dealer prep fee. We test drive both cars And I finally made an offer on the one. I explain to them that the $895 dealer prep fee was ridiculous and that I did not want to pay that much money for a car that was in really good shape and need to no work done to it. I offered to purchase the car for $8500 in cash but the Manager told me that they could do nothing about the dealer prep fee. That car has been sitting in there a lot since the end of December it’s no wonder why it has not sold. I do not mind paying a little extra for a car that I really like. But I will not pay $895 for a dealership to have one of their mechanics who they are already paying look at a car that needs no work done to it. Ridiculous!!! More
