Very bad experience! I have a Nissan Altima (very clean one), I went there one time before to service my car and since then they kept sending me letters to trade in my car I have a Nissan Altima (very clean one), I went there one time before to service my car and since then they kept sending me letters to trade in my car and finally I went in. I asked them first to evaluate my car and they gave me a joke price for Altima and they kept talking about giving me a new car and not trading in my car as their letter said (buying your car for up to 20% more than car book value REGARDLESS CONDITION) which is of course a trick to make you come in AND HE NEVER GAVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWERS ABOUT THE LETTER and we started talking about a new vehicle but the guy who I sat with (I think some kind of manager) told me that the numbers on NISSANUSA website aren't true and they are using them to trick the customers. (Which I am reporting to NISSAN USA). He was negotiating with us on the new vehicle and he was supposed to check an offer for us and he went in his office and a minute later sent his employee and said (this is what it is and nothing more) He never came back to us or even as a courtesy came and said I am sorry I can’t give you more than that since he sat with us by himself. I have been to many other dealerships and never been treated this way! WATCH AND DONT BELIEVE THEIR LETTERS!! More
