I felt like I got suckered into a brake fluid replacement for an extra $200. I honestly don't know anything about cars, and when they said it was reccomended, I thought it was necessary for my warranty. I realized when I got home and read my manual that the manufacturer reccomends this service at 30k miles. I called and complained and Tammy did refund the service. The other issue is the car came back in dirtier condition after the free car wash. The sides of the car were covered in spots of tire shine. I thought it was water when I left, but hours later I still can't get it off. I called and they told me to either come back or use WD-40. I don't have WD-40 in my apartment and the kitchen cleaner they suggested isn't working. I guess I have to go buy WD-40 tomorrow. Also mentioned I'm not the only person this happened to today. I guess you get what you do pay for. The roof was still dirty, I guess they just skipped that. They used to give a coupon to a local wash, I wish I had known they were doing it here, I would have just passed. This headache is partly my fault because I am naive about cars, but I feel like I got taken advantage of. Overall a big nuisance. More

Steve my service manager was extremely helpful and informative. He went over in detail what work my car needed and was able to prioritize what was more critical as I could not afford to get everythin informative. Service was excellent! I dropped my suv the night before expecting it to be there for the day, but Steve called & got my car serviced quickly & was done before 11AM!
