I had a 7AM appointment for a recall and tire rotation. Since I did not stay and wait several other vehicles were serviced before my care. I called twice to check on the status of my care and not until my second call did they tell me they were working on my car. At 1:30 I stopped by the service department and they told me the recall work was completed but my tire rotation had not yet been done. I took the car home without the rotation. What is the point of a 7AM appointment if you are not going to work on the car until 11;30 or 12PM. Very dissapointed in the service. More
