We bought the Rogue and the whole process took less than 2 hours including a test drive and learning about our new Rogue. I am glad we found Middletown Nissan and have only good things to say! More
Don`t be as foolish as I was to go there Went there to buy a used car. After looking at one and test driving it I left saying that I need to talk to my wife and I will call them. So I called Eugene the sales guy about 2 hours later stating that I will come back later in the day. When I arrived the car was already sold but nobody called to let me know that another customer is showing interest in the same car. Okay, since I badly needed a another car they talked me into KIA which I purchased from the. A day after I drove the car of their yard and the check engine light came on. I immediately called them and left a message for the sales guy Eugene who NEVER called me back, and I left several message for Chad Kowalewski the used car sales manager since I needed to know if I can get a loaner. He also NEVER called me back. Their customer service sucks and is bad as xxxx. I`m surprised that Nissan doesn`t do anything about it since their reputation is on the line. I wish I would have checked their online reviews first before going there. Never ever will either my wife or I buy any kind of car from them again, I already told friends and neighbors about the bad experience I made to prevent this from happening to them too. More

Run don't walk away from this dealership. Purchased a used vehicle, with a clean carfax, stupidly without getting an outside mechanic to put it on a lift. Discovered three weeks later there was massiv a used vehicle, with a clean carfax, stupidly without getting an outside mechanic to put it on a lift. Discovered three weeks later there was massive unreported undercarriage wheel damage. Our mechanic said we were lucky the one tire didn't fall off on a highway and that he would never have passed it on the NYS inspection that Nissan passed it on. Three of the four tires were even older than the auto itself although they admittedly had good tread and were only cracked on the inside! Ended up buying a new Versa that was about $3,000 more than the original car, which we traded in, since we didn't trust them for used cars but knew it would cost more in lawyers fees and time without a usable auto. The dealership did not even originally want to take the original car as a trade in and instead suggested we trade it in elsewhere "without revealing the existing damage." THATS FRAUD, Later took them to small claims court, over several small issues, including the fact that they did not provide the keyless remote. Rather than doing the right thing, they paid a lawyer to defend them. Unless the lawyer is on an unlimited retainer, they paid him more than I was suing for. Not only are they frauds, but they are bad businessmen as well. More
Brought my 2013 Kia Optima in to address steering issues that are occurring with this vehicle. More specifically , there is a constant pulling to the left, causing me to veer across the lane many times (ve that are occurring with this vehicle. More specifically , there is a constant pulling to the left, causing me to veer across the lane many times (very dangerous), and the car will not drive on center. The vehicle received a 4 wheel electronic alignment. The issue was not corrected. Did some research and discovered that there are dozens and dozens of complaints on this issue and that Kia is aware of this steering malfunction occurring. Called back and spoke with Scott Paley, Service Manager, who claims to be completely unaware of any steering issue with these vehicles. He explained that he would do some research and get back to me in a few days. I waited 3 weeks and no follow up from Scott. Called back and left him a voice message and three days went by, no follow-up. Called again demanding to speak with him and was told by a service rep "he stepped out and I'm not sure if he is returning to day." Ok...let the run-around begin. When I finally did get a hold of Scott, there was no apology, no explanation as to why he never called me back except to say that he was out for two weeks with broken ribs. Might I add he said it very indignantly and with no regard to my situation and the danger this steering issue poses. I asked who is manager is and he wouldn't tell me. Kept saying that he is the manager. Finally he put Andy the Sales Manger on who was just as rude as Scott and he ended up hanging up on me because "I wouldn't let him get a word in edge-wise." Stay away from this dealership at all costs as there is absolutely no professionalism or accountability from anyone I've spoken to yet. I've contacted Kia Corporate and my attorney, so I will update as to where this goes. More
I have bought several cars from this dealership. In the past couple of years I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. They installed a remote starter in my sentra and they do not have t past couple of years I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. They put the starter in wrong and left a piece hanging and then proceeded to blame me for the hanging piece. The starter was installed before I even picked up my new car. Everyone in the dealership was EXTREMELY RUDE and talked behind my back and bad mouthed me in front of other customers since I was upset they didnt have the paper work and were trying to void my warranty. I know this as my daughter was sitting in another part of the dealership and heard. I will never buy a car from this dealership and I only go back when ABSOLUTELY necessary. More
Aremando was very friendly and genuine. He went out of his way to make sure i recieved all the items out of my car that had already been traded. He made sure i found a car that met my financial and person his way to make sure i recieved all the items out of my car that had already been traded. We felt like we were able to trust him. armando didnt make me feel rushed or pushed me into buying a car that i was not ready for. He made sure to give us all information behind every car we looked at. He was the perfect canidate to help me finance my very first car. He was Great!!! More

A friend of mine bought a used Nissan from Armando a few months back. He recommended this dealership to me while shopping for my next car. Initially, I was looking at a used car, but was not impressed wit months back. He recommended this dealership to me while shopping for my next car. Initially, I was looking at a used car, but was not impressed with it. I decided to take a test drive of a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I really liked the car even though I wasn't there to buy new. Armando was patient with me and not very pushy. I told him the features I wanted and he steered me in the direction of an SL model that had what I wanted and more at a great price of only $500 more than a lower scale SV model. I got the options and the color of the car I wanted. I got a reasonable trade in offer; the previous dealership locally that I bought the car from had been in an accident and was only willing to give me $10,500 in trade. They gave me $10,900, but at least I am rid of a car that would later haunt me in trade in/private sale value because of the blemished CARFAX report. Please understand one thing when shopping on their website: The new car internet sales prices are a bit misleading. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that states the price is AFTER all possible applicable discounts and incentives (Ex: Active military, manufacturer discounts, etc). So, do not get too excited when you see their internet prices unless all those rebates apply to you. EDIT: Armando is long gone, he moved on maybe a few months after I wrote this review. I have had nothing but less than positive experiences with the service department. There are an exceptional few people within the service department that are polite and friendly, but everyone else there leaves a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed with their attitude and how they had handled a factory warranty repair. I shouldn't have to ask them to keep the car clean and then find oil smudges all over interior AND exterior door handles, smears on the fabric, steering wheel and gear shift knob. I believe I am an extremely fair person, but I will no longer patronize Nissan products or recommend Nissan Kia of Middletown to anyone for anything. Even my friend who recommended me here ended up trading in his 2013 Altima to a competitor because of horrendous engineering issues not apparent until after he drove it for a few months. That's not Nissan Kia's fault, but the issues with his vehicle were to Nissan's "standards" and just not acceptable for a nearly new car that may end up vibrating and shaking itself to pieces in due time. Drove an hour to this dealership to look at a used jeep that I was very interested in purchasing. As soon as I pulled in to the parking lot I was pushed in to a test drive. On the test drive, every question I had was responded with I don't know, I don't deal with Jeeps. We got back to the dealership and before I knew i'm filling out paperwork to buy this vehicle without even talking about it. I was almost pushed in to buying a car without even knowing if I was going to. I explained to glen that I've had some bad experiences at dealerships already and felt like I was being rushed out the door and he could honestly care less. I told him to hold on the app and I would think about it. When I attempted to talk to Andrew the service manager about my concerns, his response was "We don't keep track of every customer sob story that comes through here". I told them to toss the application out and would take my business elsewhere. Horrible Experience!! This is the first time I left a car dealer angry because the way I was treated. More
