RICH DOES IT AGAIN!!! We have just come from RICH DOES IT AGAIN!!! We have just come from Middletown Nissan and purchasing our RICH DOES IT AGAIN!!! We have just come from Middletown Nissan and purchasing our fourth Nissan, and our second Murano from them. As always a pleasant experience. Our sales person was Richard Walsh, aka "Rich". He has the ability to make you fell at ease, without the high pressure sales techniques. Answers all your questions, plus some you did not even think to ask. Sits down with you and carefully goes over every detail of your sale, makes sure you fully understand. Our car was not on the lot, he kept us posted by phone as to where our car was and when we could pick up. Rich personally walked us through all the steps at the dealership. Took care of arrangements for insurance and plates. It was a seamless, flawless experience. When it came time to pick up the car, Rich again spent time with us to explain all the new options. When we were ready to leave he told us to call his cell if we had any further questions. Of course we did and we did. We were taken care of on the spot, which just helps to emphasize Rich's personality and his commanding knowledge of the product he sells. I will be back! Also a big shout out to the Service Department. All of you. More
