I will drive out of my way to not have to deal with Regie anymore. Literally every visit he screwed something up, has excuses and or no accountability. I basically paid for a mistake made by to service department. The software update should not have been done because of the mistake. I was still required to pay. I recently took my 2024 Rogue in thinking the tire sensors had malfunction. That was not the case. Instead of being perturbed with my lack of knowledge the service department was beyond exceptiona sensors had malfunction. That was not the case. Instead of being perturbed with my lack of knowledge the service department was beyond exceptional. Jack Renick was awesome and very patient with me. Showed me where to look for the tire pressure display. Continually asking me questions and answering my questions. I give this service department an "A+". Everyone I have encountered at this dealership have been very pleasant to work with. Introduced themselves to me and answer any questions I might have. Ohhh...and hold open the door when walking in. Chivalry is not the thing in the past there. I would definitely recommend Nissan Lake Country! More
