Ron's middle name is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have never had a salesman go above and beyond like Ron did! He was respectful, understanding, patient, funny and truly cared about what I wanted. I was with Ron for 6 hours and he did everything possible to close the deal. Carlos was cool. We negotiated for hours! He was patient and listened to what I wanted. While he couldn't get me the car I wanted, he tried real hard. We looked at 4 different cars with 3 different loan options. At the end it was Ron that got me the car I really wanted at the payment I was comfortable with. He even followed me home when I had to go for a bit and bought me dinner! He was there every step of the way and never lost that great customer service! I highly recommend Ron and I will always go to him when purchasing a new car! More
