Seems to be a lack of communication between departments. Jahan was excellent. However was very disappointed with how long it took for services. I was lied to twice, and finally on the third time of bringing Jahan was excellent. However was very disappointed with how long it took for services. I was lied to twice, and finally on the third time of bringing my car in, they finally had the correct recall parts.I also got an oil change that took 2 1/2 hours... i dont know how its possible to take that long. When i picked up my car, i called at 4pm and i was told by Johan the car would be ready by the time i got there or 15 minutes. I waited until 6:30 and didn't even get the car. It was not ready until the next day. Not only am i not coming back to this dealership ever again I will be advising my employer to not purchase nissans in the near future. Again Jahan you're great and appreciate the help, as for everything else, absolutely horrible. More
