Daniel such a sweet individual but his job is to sell cars . I purchased an SUV going on 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on my spare key. According to 6 different people my key has been lost. They have no structure, and blame it on the sales Gm quitting and losing over 10-15 sales employees. Not to mention around 20 keys have been lost to new vehicles. All this has been stated by multiple employee's. My first time purchasing a vehicle from here, and my experience has not been pleasant at all. More
Dropped rating by one star because our car was ready for at least 1/2 an hour before we were notified. Saw it sitting on the lot and thought it wasn't being worked on...yet. They finally called us and we re at least 1/2 an hour before we were notified. Saw it sitting on the lot and thought it wasn't being worked on...yet. They finally called us and we realized the car had been sitting waiting for us that whole time. We did appreciate that we weren't pressured with the usual sales pitch to get MORE work done on the car. More
