I needed to find a solution to my wife and daughter sharing a car. We spent all day at other local dealers trying to find the right car with the right deal. Our last stop was at Nissan of Redlands and sharing a car. We spent all day at other local dealers trying to find the right car with the right deal. Our last stop was at Nissan of Redlands and we didn't have high expectations. Boy, how we were SO wrong! From our first step on the property we were treated better than any other dealership. I explained the situation and within a few minutes we had a nice set of options to test drive. Omar was friendly, knowledgeable, and very genuine. He didn't try to oversell us or undersell us. He put a lot of thought into a "best fit" for our situation. I must say, he was key in our decision. He helped us find that match both in terms of vehicle selection, trim, and options which fit the budget we had in mind. In addition, the finance options were excellent given the current economic climate. Omar and Nissan of Redlands now ranks as the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend contacting Omar if you're considering a new vehicle! More
I brought my car in 2 weeks (or less) after I bought it to complain about the brakes. They inspected them; told me the front brakes were NEW, and the back brakes were "nearly" new. They said they turned to complain about the brakes. They inspected them; told me the front brakes were NEW, and the back brakes were "nearly" new. They said they turned the rotors. So, last week, when I brought the car in for servicing, they said I needed brakes; that the pads were down to almost nothing, and needed to be replaced at the tune of almost $400. So, obviously, when they said they had inspected them when I complained, they DIDN'T inspect them! Dennis, the great service writer went to the manager, who okayed replacing the brakes for free; that's the reason I didn't give them a lower rating. More
