I have not been treated the way I was treated at this last service. I had an appointment n I waited almost 3 hrs for my car. when they finally put my car up it took 20 mins to be done. my representativ last service. I had an appointment n I waited almost 3 hrs for my car. when they finally put my car up it took 20 mins to be done. my representative just handed me my paper work n stated everything that needs to done is on there we can it if you otherwise your car is ready. after I paid for the service I went to get my car and he said let me see your paperwork so I can give you your keys. I asked where my car was he went out the door and beeped the keys n said there it is and went back in. there was no customer service there. just moving through the motions is how they run their business. I'm a paying customer and didn't feel like they cared about the customers. just tge regulars. I can pay anyone to service my car. More
