The "upgrade" that happened to my car in order for it to drive normal should have been detected when I brought my car in to be serviced a couple of weeks ago. I paid over $1,000 in services. It's no mystery that dealerships are notoriously more expensive than regular mechanics. However I feel I was taken advantage of. And of course they made sure that my upgrade was not related to the service I had done previously so I would have to pay. I have been contemplating posting a negative review about your dealership on Google. More than likely I will. More

Purchased car on 7-9-23, noticed that back talilight was cracked, they said they will get that fixed, The next week went in to get gps put in, thats when I found out all wheels had locks on them, during tha cracked, they said they will get that fixed, The next week went in to get gps put in, thats when I found out all wheels had locks on them, during that week I had to go in and sign some papers, I mentioned to the person about the wheel locks, and I had no key, he asked if we looked in the car I told him the service tech had looked in the trunk and in the car, he said ok we will get you a key, I also reminded him about the cracked rear light. Over 3 weeks had passed to I called and left him a message to remind him of the crack and the wheel lock key. The next day I got a message from someone I had not worked with, I had called her back and explained the problem, she told me to send her some pictures of the crack to make sure they have it in stock, plus see needed to get ok from someone, I dont remember who she said. This was on Aug. 19, I have not heard anything yet, and if I get a flat tire I will be in trouble, I dont understand how it was We will get that fixed, to need someones ok to do it, and getting me a key to so far nothing. More
