Before May of this year I had nothing but positive interactions with Jahan. During my service appointment in May I didn’t feel I was getting the quality customer service I was a custom too, so I conta interactions with Jahan. During my service appointment in May I didn’t feel I was getting the quality customer service I was a custom too, so I contacted the service manager and the issue was resolved. My resent visit I felt Jahan was short and not really happy to help me (maybe it’s just me?). I didn’t receive my Vehicle Inspection results until after I returned home (at least 30 min). And there are some Service Issues that need to be addressed, and maybe could have been addressed the same day, if I had received results before leaving (as has been the case in the past). I purchased the 3 pack oil changes. I have 2 remaining, I will request a different Service Advisor. If I feel uncomfortable with them, I will have my vehicle serviced by another Nissan Dealer. Keeping in mind, I have purchased 3 Nissan Vehicles from you since 2014 and have had all service performed at Redlands Nissan. More
