Service department took care of all my needs. My only issue with my visit is that I received an email for a discount on service for my next visit. It will expire before I’m due for service next. My experience with service was top notch. Most dealerships have lost the art of customer service while caught up in the mundane and repetitious daily tasks, we (customers) become just a number. I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Carlos Mancilla and the service crew although I never interacted with them directly. They were thorough and resolved an unexpected issue. Although it took longer than expected at no fault to any of them, I was satisfied as Carlos kept me updated on any new information and got my car back to me as soon as they could. I tried to have other companies look at it and no one could find the problem. I’m at ease knowing that I know have a reputable and efficient service center I can bring my car to. Thank you! More
