Metro Nissan of Redlands has a bad customer service. I called to try to make an appointment because they fix ed the transmission a couple of months ago and my truck is broken. My truck should still have warranty but instead of helping me with my problem they just hung up on me. They hung up on my three times. First I was transferred back and forth and then they just hung up. More

They never fix the issue with my car. I have gone to this service department multiple times for the same issue and they always tell me they fixed it then a few days later my car is performing the same issue service department multiple times for the same issue and they always tell me they fixed it then a few days later my car is performing the same issue again and again. Very dangerous of this service department to not fix my car because it is a deadly issue that can cause a big accident if not fixed soon. More
