Dealership was very accommodating when I purchased my 2020 Kicks. Yet extremely difficult touching base with finaniace when my car was totaled. It took me over 3 months to have my warenrty refund proce 2020 Kicks. Yet extremely difficult touching base with finaniace when my car was totaled. It took me over 3 months to have my warenrty refund processed causing me to be delinquent with the lender thus lowering my credit score. Elvedenly it takes longer to get a refund than purchasing a vehicle, which we all know can take all day. More
