When I arrived at Nissan South Morrow, I was solicited via my cell phone to stop in the new car sales area to consider purchasing a car. I was then told that the best oil was "Mobile 1" however I was never told that this type of oil would result in a cost of THREE times my normal cost of an oil change! While waiting for two hours for my oil change to be completed, a sales person came into the waiting area where there were roughly six to seven people waiting and proceeded to call out my name, then approach me with a solicitation of a auto warranty for service with everyone in the room looking on and waiting to hear my response! After about two hours of waiting, I decide to go into the service check in area to inquire about the completion of my oil change, when I noticed the car was sitting outside in the work completion area of the dealership. I approached the service technician's desk and asked how long has it been completed, expressed my shock at the price and length of time it took to complete an oil change! I asked to speak to the service manager who came out after about five minutes to ask about my concerns. He then proceeded to make excuses and defensive posture for my complaints of poor customer service, undisclosed price of oil change cost and said he deals in reality NOT excuses!
