Worst experience of my life. Vehicle spent 2 months waiting for a warranty part. No one checks the key dropbox for keys, managment is never around, and the staff ignores you. You could stand there for 20 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I will drive much further to another dealership. Never again will they touch my current vehicle, or sell me a future one. More
On 3/30/22 I spoke with Chantivia Wright with Nissan of South Morrow and confirmed that my daughter and I will be coming up from Montgomery, Al to purchase a 2022 Nissan Versa she scheduled a appointment f South Morrow and confirmed that my daughter and I will be coming up from Montgomery, Al to purchase a 2022 Nissan Versa she scheduled a appointment for us with Erroll McKnight at 11am for 3/31/22. We arrived to the dealatship around 10:45am waited in Erroll office area to only learn that the vehicle was sold No one from the staff bothered to call us before we drove 2hour and 15 minutes. The team at Nissan of south Morrow was not Accommodating or apologetic for the lack of professionalism for having a customer driving to purchase a vehicle that was already sold. Worst dealership ever. More

The manager(rod) is NO better, he has set the climate of the service department to relaxed & unbothered. Workers don’t worry about customer conplaints because that’s the energy the mangers has. More

I traded in my Nissan back in May of this year 2021. Rick Scott has all of my paper from Gap and my extended warranty . I called him on August 16 2021 and he did return the call on the 18th stating that I wi Scott has all of my paper from Gap and my extended warranty . I've called numerous times and he never calls back . Even the receptionist stated that he rarely answers the phone or call back. I put in a complaintb with Nissan but since it was a third party they sent me right back to the dealer. It shouldn't be this hard getting my money back. Not satisfied with Nissan of Morrow. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
My past visit on 8/21/21 will be my last visit to this service department. They never answer the phones and leaving a message is pointless. One service advisor in particular is the main reason I will go out my way to another Nissan dealership for service. That advisor is Dakyre Jones, he is extremely unprofessional and cold. Upon returning to get my car, he left for the day without so much as a call to inform me of the status of my car and when he was called by another staff member because MY CAR KEY couldn't be located, he hung up in my face. I just got my key back today and not once had he reached out to contact me about them. I called all day to the service department with no answer. When I asked for the service manager, I was told he was in meetings and that I would receive a call back. I received nothing and therefore I am done with this location. More
