Went in because my vehicle was making a terrible noise while driving down the road. Drove to the dealer immediately. Dane greeted me promptly and wrote up the ticket. He called me later once the technician, Dainton diagnosed the problem. He quoted me a price and a time that would be ready. Dane called when the vehicle was ready. I went to pick up and the price was actually a little less than they had quoted me. The car now drives like a new vehicle, but it is a 2002. I would highly recommend Dane and Dainton to anyone I know. More
Trust is the main factor when it comes to car repair. I can trust Dan Jones at Nissan South with my car. Most service people will give you a list of repairs and services, insisting all need to be done that day. While I still get the repair/service list, Dane gives me the must haves. He listens to my version of what I think is wrong and always tells me "let me check it out." This is why I have returned to Nissan South for my car maintenance. My 2000 Nissan Maxima is 12 years old, I bought it with 27,000 miles and it still looks great and still runs great. More
I went there for my second oil change for my Rogue. They were helpful and gave me the Reward Card which I knew nothing about till I went to Nissan South. I had gone to Conyers Nissan where I purchased my Ro were helpful and gave me the Reward Card which I knew nothing about till I went to Nissan South. I had gone to Conyers Nissan where I purchased my Rogue for the first oil change they were not as helpful or as friendly. I am a middle age female and haven't been responsible for getting my oil changed alone before. So someone being helpful and informative is very important to me. That is the main reason I give such a high rating to Nissan South. Anyone having doubts or questions I feel will be extremely satisfied with Nissan South. More
I have had alot of work done at this dearlership. I trust my service advisor and he always takes time to explain everything that needs to be done on my car. I have never had a bad experience and I am always my service advisor and he always takes time to explain everything that needs to be done on my car. They make me feel confident, and comfortable about bringing my car there to get repairs done. I would not go anywhere else because of the great customer service that Dane Jones provides. More
I would give this dealership 5 star only because of the service department. The sales department is having very bad reviews from other people as well as my personal experience at this dealership with sales service department. I called in about a deal shown on tv that was too good to be true. Of course it was... but that wasnt the worst part of the experience. Melvina was VERY RUDE. Well on a visit to an only change, I decided to look a new vehicle on 10/31/11. I look at trying to trade a sentra for an altima. I looked at few cars, and decied on one vehicle, after getting back to the new vehicle on 10/31/11. I look at trying to trade a sentra for an altima. I looked at few cars, and decied on one vehicle, after getting back to the dealership and them pulling a credit app, they decied that car was out of the price range. so we looked at few other altima and found one that I could deal with. After further inspection I saw that car had some cosmetic flaws that I wanted fixed. Tey told me that buying a used car(2011 Altima I was buying as is) I was like are you serious! I walked out of that deal. After seveeral attempts buy the dealership to get my business, we finally made an Agreement on an Altima. This vehicle was to my liking however with no floor mats and only one key. I was told to tell the finance company that the Altima had premium sound, alloy wheels,moonroof, and leather. I explained that I need to have mats and a second key or something to make me feel like going into this deal and lie. They told me that I was getting my car paid off and getting a newwer car. I said I have a new vehilce now so after getting tired of going back an forth I agreed. Well after 3 three weeks of waiting I had my car, but my old car was not paid off yet. I called to find out whym they told me that they had not gotten paid from the finance comapany for my new car that is why they are not paying my old car off. I say that is not my issue and they need to pay them. I was told to call the finanace compnay so they can verify my info, and th finance manager told me that he could not call that I had to call. i called them and they when the finance company asked about the car I told they that the options were not on the car as told by the dealership (fraud already). They called me the next day saying I have two options eiter bring a down payment or the car back. I came back after work and asked for Rafew and he explained that I should have played with them now the deal can not go thru. I took him outside and explained to him why I did not play right since I felt like I was getting duped. He threw up his hands and said He does not want to deal with me anymore. I said cool, give me my car and my DP of $250 cas no check, since I gave him cash. after going back and forth my car came out, with only one set of keys, which I gave them two and no cash or check. another finance manager attempted to make another deal. Aftertrying another Altima I told them that my wife did not want the color and they told me that was my last vehicle in my range. Well give my money and let me be on my way. at this point it is now 7pm, and I can not get a check, cash or my other key since everybody in those departments are closed come back on monday. I stated that was unacceptable. They could not do anything about it. I stated someone took my cash after 7 and someone can get my cash and my key. The manager came out after overhearing my complaint It told him the story and he was trying to restate the problem I told that someone is going to make an exception as I was not leaving the car I was going to purchase and take my old car hom without all the items I gave them and no money. He called the police (as if I broke some laws) they showed up and we explained each side. The police stated I had to wait since their company policy will not allow for the get my any money. I stated what about my property since I gave them two keys and further mmore I have no plate on the car. The police staed that I could have my wife bring me the old plate so I can go home. I stated no since I am being inconvienced and they wont inconvience the people who can settle this issue. In the end I ended up with the car I was going to purchase for the weekend and will have to come in monday to get everything supposedly right. I can imagine that monday will be eventful since I know that they will try some noew BS to keep my money. I would not recommend ANYONE to use these crooks. You are better buying a car out of state or out of the Atlanta Area but definately not at Nissan South. You can see the crooks coming at you when you drive on the lot. Go somewhere else and deal with someone who will be honest and upfront.....go to CARMAX!!!!! More
