Best dealership I have ever been to thus far. Steve L was a great no pressure sales person. We bought a used Lexus there and would definately recommend this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle. I was a very satisfied owner of a 2006 Nissan Altima I was a very satisfied owner of a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5SL which was totaled in an accident in early November. After trying unsuccessfully to do I was a very satisfied owner of a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5SL which was totaled in an accident in early November. After trying unsuccessfully to do business with another Nissan dealer,I found a beautiful 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR on the Nissan Village website. My call to the dealer was answered by Tom Pepper who informed me that the vehicle was still available. My friend Jerry and I drove to the dealership where Tom introduced us to Baye Lo, a veteran employee of Nissan Village. Baye took us out on the test drive of the vehicle, and asked all of the right questions about my interests in the Altima. What impressed me most was his inate ability to actually listen to what I was saying to him. The car had very little mileage on it (4500 miles), and because of this, I had a number of questions about the mileage and the unbelievable condition of the car. Baye gave us the information about the previous owner (who had just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from him), and convinced us that this was an outstanding deal. We did not have to squabble much over the cost, as the price listed was very fair. My experience with Russell Joubert, the Finance Manager, was equally enjoyable. He reviewed the various extra options available (without any of the usual high pressure I was used to), and explained why the extended warranty would be a good value. I came out of his office, and never felt better about purchasing a vehicle. On the day that I picked up the car, Baye was on a day off. He made arrangements for Blane Willey, another sales representative, to thoroughly go through all of the options in the car. Blane spent almost an hour with me, and answered ALL of my questions, no matter how mundane they might have been. Once again, I knew that this was not only the right car for me, but also the right dealer. Though I live closer to another Nissan dealer, I will definitely give all of my service business to Nissan Village. Thanks for an excellent buying experience. I love the car!!! More

I just purchased a 2013 Altima 3.5 SL from this dealership (which I am absolutely in love with). I was impressed with their huge inventory, beautiful new showroom and the polite and professional ma dealership (which I am absolutely in love with). I was impressed with their huge inventory, beautiful new showroom and the polite and professional manner in which I was treated. I worked with Tom Pepper over a 3 week period while shopping for cars, he was extremely knowledgeable and seemed genuinely excited about helping me find my perfect new car. I had a great experience (which can be rare when car shopping) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in being treated like a valued customer. They have made me a customer for life! More

Went in expecting the usual fast talking dealer run around but was pleasantly surprised. We had the pleasure of working with Blane, who was spectacular. He was up front with us and was very helpful. I felt that through the whole process he truly wanted us to be happy, and was a genuinely nice guy; nothing like sterotypical salesman elsewhere. We, are glad we made the trip to Attleboro from southern RI and are very happy with our new Pathfinder. I was also very impressed when before we left, sales manager Mike Wisnes came out and chatted with us and thanked us for our business. Christmaas came early for us!!! This is the 3rd vehicle we purchase from Nissan Village and all I can say is WOW!!!!! I am never dissapointed with my experience at Nissan Village! I have been to many dealerships in the past and no one can compare to Nissan Village. They are professionals who in EVERY way have your best interest at all times! We went in to just to inquire about trading in our lease for a lower cost model and walked out with our same vehicle but a 2011 model ( the Murano-which we LOVE ) with a better deal! This team is experienced, professional & attentive. The car buying experience was fun, fluid and without pressure. I took delivery of a loaded 2012 Maxima. The car was preped beautifully. After another lesson by Jamil on the multiple features, he walked me to the Service Department, introduced me to the managers, registered me for my first appointment. Every staff member knows the meaning & importance of customer service. Great product, great price, great people - that was my experience. More
