BAD SERVICE i had an appointment(RESERVATION) for an oil change and tire rotation an waited 2 hours. I have never waited more than an hour for the same service. You take to many walk ins and then the people that do have an appointment get screwed. Why even take appointments. My lease is up in a few months and i doubt i will continue to do business with you in the future. also i stood in the little service building for 5 minutes before any of the 4 employees in there acknowledged my presence More
