Fantastic Experience at Nissan of Bradenton. My wife and I stopped into Bradenton Nissan last week. We were turning in our 2017 Rogue and wanted to lease another Rogue. As soon as we entered th My wife and I stopped into Bradenton Nissan last week. We were turning in our 2017 Rogue and wanted to lease another Rogue. As soon as we entered the showroom we were greeted by a salesman, Pete O'Keefe. He introduced himself and asked how he could help. We told him our situation and he said he would be glad to help us, but he first offered us some refreshments which I thought was a nice touch. We discussed several types of vehicles to consider, Pete giving us information on each model. We decided to stay with the Rogue, our 3rd Rogue that we leased. We discussed color of the vehicle and whether we wanted AWD or 2WD. We went with the 2WD and choose a black Rogue. We then discussed several finance options for the lease and came up with one that Pete and the finance manager suggested we take. It was perfect for us and we decided to lease the new 2020 Rogue. We sat there discussing several other things with Pete as they were getting the vehicle ready. It was like talking to one of my friends, nice and comfortable. Pete asked again if we would like some refreshments while we waited for the vehicle. Shortly after, a women by the name of Page Larson stopped by and introduced herself to us. She assured us that she would be there for us if we encounter any issues with the vehicle. Pete did the same thing. I have bought/leased many vehicles from many different dealers and Bradenton Nissan was by far my best experience. Pete was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He even offered to help us set up the various new technical things that were in the 2020 model. I am looking forward to seeing the staff at Bradenton in 3 years when I return for another lease. Pete O'Keefe is a credit to the dealership and am very pleased he was available to help us. More
Above and Beyond!! We have been traveling from the Midwest, and on our way, kept hearing a low roar from the engine, which was not normal. We arrived in Sarasota, and on Thursday, immediately called to have it checked out. I was first told that the service dept didn't have any available appointments until Monday. I was talking with Linda Casey in the service dept, and she said to just bring it in now, so they could hear it. After driving the car, she immediately knew that it was a wheel bearing, and she worked me into the schedule. Since they needed to keep it overnight at that point, she arranged to have a driver take us back to our location. Linda was knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. Everyone was very accommodating, and bent over backwards to be sure we were taken care of. I was very impressed! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Service Center is sorely understaffed We took our Nissan Murano in for an oil change as a result of coupons that were online through the dealership. Had to wait what we felt was too long for a service representative to help us. After 2 hours we went to the desk to inquire as to the status; saw it sitting out front and apparently they were too busy to let us know. We took the car back a few days later for a complete detailing and, again, had to wait an extended period of time for someone to help us. Even though we paid for the top of the line detailing, we were extremely disappointed in the results. We even pointed out several areas that seemed to have been missed and the service rep took it back to have those areas fixed. Disappointing. The showroom and amenities offered to the customers is very nice, clean and accommodating. More
