Approximately five salesmen greeted us at the door and even opened it. It can be a very dreadful experience because we know that car sales are of course the utmost importance. Tyler Radant made certain that he made us feel comfortable and was extremely personable and pleasant. My husband and I are two teachers, and the state of Florida is one of the lowest paid states. We cannot afford and extravagant car or many luxuries. We had a set budget and needed to stick with it. The only reason I did not give the dealership five stars, is because we had a set price and could not fluctuate above it. We ended up leaving without a car and called our bank to find. At that time, Al reached out to us and we were able to work out a solution to make the payment budget friendly, which we greatly appreciated. When we went back to financing, Al was extremely funny and and very personable. He seemed a tad irritated when we denied all extra add ones- again, it appeared that an end of the year quota wouldn’t be made. We ended the evening exchanging pleasantries and Tyler finished up a job well done! More
