Was very accommodating since we had dinner plans with friends that night. We did the paperwork and came back the next morning to pick up the car Everyone who were part of this transaction were very good. Pete took the time to explained all the new features on the 2020 Rogue. He did not rush us out of the dealership. We are very happy. More

Service and recall/update When I made my latest appointment, I was notified that my vehicle was in need of a free recall/update. I usually wait in the guest lounge, but I was When I made my latest appointment, I was notified that my vehicle was in need of a free recall/update. I usually wait in the guest lounge, but I was warned that the update would take at least an hour so I opted to leave my vehicle with them for the day and carpool in to the office. Lucky for me I was able to do so, and glad the service department warned me of the time it would take rather than make me wait at the dealer longer than I would have liked. They called me by mid-day to let me know the job was done and all was good to go. Picked the SUV up after work no hassle, no problems. More
