When you purchase a vehicle usually you get a call (maybe) from the salesperson asking how you like the car. This service department especially DUSTIN calls, sends cards sends reviews and if there Is a problem they SOLVE it. I would highly recommend this service department 110%. Btw I Know you can spend a little less $ elsewhere but the service , personal attention and professional approach to your satisfaction Is in my opinion Priceless. More

Not that all the other service personnel aren't very capable, because we have had others successfully work on our autos also. But we want Robert to receive the credit he deserves because we can always count on his expertise when we have challenging issues. If it is a costly repair both Robert and Dustin communicate our options. We have always agreed with their suggestions. Dustin Stevens has also become our go-to-guy when problems arise. I can call him, describe the issue and he gets us in a timely manner. Keep up the good work, Nissan. More
