The only thing I must say is that my tires showed all different air levels with the rear left tire being 8 lbs higher than the next highest. I had been told that all my levels of fluid and tires would be checked. I returned to Nissan and reported this and they had it fixed. Hopefully my fluids were really checked. The front people when you drive in are the only reason I gave a high rating. They understand service. Not sure what goes on in the actual service department. More
Misrepresentation on Internet Pricing A copy of email sent to TruCar: I recently found the perfect vehicle using your TruCar search. It was located at Nissan Bradenton in Florida. It w A copy of email sent to TruCar: I recently found the perfect vehicle using your TruCar search. It was located at Nissan Bradenton in Florida. It was listed for $27,941. I filled out the required information and submitted via your service. I was contacted by Nissan Bradenton and they even offered to provide an additional $500 off for using TruCar. After telling them that I was going to pay cash and did not have a trade-in they immediately raised the price by $2,000! Totally unacceptable. I even offered to finance a small amount to help close the deal. They lowered price by $1,000 but continued to offer all kinds of excuses on why price was not the $27,941 as advertised. They advised it cost more because it was certified - but it was advertised as certified. Said they had to price it at $27,941 to compete with others on internet, not my problem. In addition, they also added their dealer fee of $887 (extremely high compared to other dealerships in FL) + an addl $196 for electronic filing fee (?) and an addl $99 for a private tag fee (?) all which increased the vehicle cost. I advised them I did not want a hard hit on my credit until we had an acceptable deal. Immediately I received a call from my credit monitoring bureau that they received a hard hit from the dealership’s financing institution, unethical and unprofessional. After 3 days of going back & forth with the dealership and even after talking to their General Manager, Billy Buechel, we were unable to complete a deal. This was by far my worst and most unprofessional car buying experience in over 40 years! I feel Nissan Bradenton used “false advertising” on your site. I am sure they do this with all the cars they have on your site. Not a good reflection for the TruCar buying experience. I advised them I would be contacting TruCar. I would highly recommend that you reconsider allowing dealerships like this to participate in your service. I am sure this dealership is not the kind of experience TruCar wants to promote. I will be forwarding this communication to both Nissan Headquarters, filing a complaint with the BBB, and using social media to warn consumers about this experience. More

In addition, the rest of the Nissan staff are also have great attitude. Ready, Willing and Able! I have purchased many Nissan vehicles and I am very satisfied with them in general. My Titan needed service for an oil change, a fuel filter and a tir I have purchased many Nissan vehicles and I am very satisfied with them in general. My Titan needed service for an oil change, a fuel filter and a tire rotation at 30,000. I did first try to have service done at another Nissan dealer closer to my home but chose not to have them work on my truck. I called and was told they were busy so they called me back and said to bring the truck in and they would fit me in. I came in that afternoon and they got me right in, did the service and had me out in 1 hour. I felt that I was treated special and I will be back! It was worth the drive! David J. More
