When we returned to upgrade, we were pleased to find the same customer-first orientation was still in place. We liked the way we were treated and the attention we received without feeling we were on the usual "lets-make-this-sale" conveyor belt. Ray Staib and Ed Dryer were a real pleasure to work with. After the sale was made, Ray and Ed took extra pains to make sure our car was ready to go and Ray gave us a thorough orientation on the electronics. More

The staff in general is very friendly and accommodating. Nissan has a bad policy of not accepting credit cards for payment of a vehicle, It needs to change, Most other dealerships accept credit cards. This policy is prejudice and insulting. I understand it comes from higher up, and I hope you bring it up to whomever makes those decisions. A young an in financing is extremely rude and yelled at me in the middle of the showroom. You can find out from Albert his name. I will be back in 2 years to purchase a new SUV. More

oil change The only problem I had with my oil change was that I was looking forward to getting a car wash when I brought in my car. When I asked if it had been washed I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes if I wanted it done. I guess you have to ask for the car wash when you first come in. I have always had great service with a car wash included and this is one reason I come back. Sorry not sure of the name of the person. Also, the snacks and beverages in the waiting room were great. With Mike’s help, I was able to go from just casually stopping-by to check out a car I had seen online, to driving a brand new 2019 Frontier home...seamlessly! He showed me the truck, took me out for a test drive, ran the numbers, got a VERY fair quote on my trade, work out the financing, guided me through all the paperwork and even helped me move all my junk from my trade to the new truck...all in less than 3 hours (tops!) including answering ALL my questions and listening to my bad jokes :) The price was incredibly unbeatable too.
