When we returned to upgrade, we were pleased to find the same customer-first orientation was still in place. We liked the way we were treated and the attention we received without feeling we were on the usual "lets-make-this-sale" conveyor belt. Ray Staib and Ed Dryer were a real pleasure to work with. Buying my leased Rogue I have a gettle Nissan dealership right by my home, but I prefer to do business with the best salesman there is, Ronnie Tacle, 15 miles away. The staff in general is very friendly and accommodating. Nissan has a bad policy of not accepting credit cards for payment of a vehicle, It needs to change, Most other dealerships accept credit cards. This policy is prejudice and insulting. I understand it comes from higher up, and I hope you bring it up to whomever makes those decisions. A young an in financing is extremely rude and yelled at me in the middle of the showroom. oil change The only problem I had with my oil change was that I was looking forward to getting a car wash when I brought in my car. When I asked if it had been washed I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes if I wanted it done. I guess you have to ask for the car wash when you first come in. I have always had great service with a car wash included and this is one reason I come back. Sorry not sure of the name of the person. Also, the snacks and beverages in the waiting room were great.
