Linda was customer service oriented. Nice; trustworthy. I have given this rating because I noticed that Linda was proactive in determining the reason I came to have the oil, filter and tires maintained. Whe I have given this rating because I noticed that Linda was proactive in determining the reason I came to have the oil, filter and tires maintained. When I was concerned about the dome lights and other small items, she quickly diffused my concerns. I got the other filters changed because she felt it would help the car to run properly and keep the air in the car filtered and clean. In my previous visits, I had two other representatives from sales. They too were great to deal with. That is the reason I keep coming back. I want to be treated like you care even though you are doing your job. Please keep up the great service and take care of your customers no matter who they are or what they look like.
