I had a vibration problem with my 2015 Nissan Rouge when the AC was on. Nissan checked the AC system and motor mounts along with diagnostic testing of sensors. Nothing was found. But, they seen buildup of c the AC was on. Nissan checked the AC system and motor mounts along with diagnostic testing of sensors. Nothing was found. But, they seen buildup of carbon and suggested I clean and change gaskets, etc to remove any buildup that can cause vibration. Thanks for spending time checking the AC system and suggestion I clean the carbon buildup. It now runs great without that vibration. The service member explained the advantages of doing what I had done and did not pressure me. I appreciate his time spent explaining. More
