i went in for warranty work on my driver side lock and was told 1.5hr max wait time and it was not finished until 5 hrs and 15 min later. They were more concernd about me adding many additional repairs was told 1.5hr max wait time and it was not finished until 5 hrs and 15 min later. They were more concernd about me adding many additional repairs that were not needed at this time, instead of concentraiting on the warranty work. When i complained about the wait they did let us use a loaner car for two hours. More

I always get good service and all the employees are friendly. I was however very disturbed that not one person had a mask on in such a small enclosed space in a trailer that is perfect for spreading friendly. I was however very disturbed that not one person had a mask on in such a small enclosed space in a trailer that is perfect for spreading covid to anyone. I went to go sit in the waiting room and not one person had a mask on there either so I was forced to sit outside in the heat. It is common sense to require all to wear masks since you are dealing with all kinds of customers on a frequent basis. This variant is very contagious and spreads easily. I am a high risk person and do not appreciate the lack of forethought for customers or frankly the employees. Even vaccinated people carry some risk.I hope you will take the customers health more seriously. More
