I had Transmission problems with my 2018 Versa... very disappointed! I was greeted by Carmen he was on top of it! Very Professional and Friendly! Had my car towed there when it wouldn’t start. The service department was great in keeping me informed on what needed to be done, what was optional and wasn’t pushy. I ended up getting many of my rout service department was great in keeping me informed on what needed to be done, what was optional and wasn’t pushy. I ended up getting many of my routine services done as well as the battery. They also provided updated via text including the service estimate which was convenient. Will return. More

Went in with a low tire pressure reading after having to put air in a couple times the previous month. My expectation was a nail. They found the nail or whatever it was that was causing the problem, and w put air in a couple times the previous month. My expectation was a nail. After first telling me over the phone that the hatch latch was under warranty, it suddenly became my fault it broke and it would cost $670 to repair (after I brought the car in and they realized I didn' latch was under warranty, it suddenly became my fault it broke and it would cost $670 to repair (after I brought the car in and they realized I didn't buy it from them). I made an appointment with Wesley Chapel Nissan where I bought the car, and gee whiz, it is covered under warranty. What if I bought my Nissan and moved here from out of state, would they not honor the warranty because I didn't buy my car from them? Bradenton Nissan also said they gave me a complimentary inspection of my car and all is good. Wesley Chapel ran the same report and the front sensor was out. Wesley Chapel also provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum with each service. Didn't get that from Nissan of Bradenton. Maybe they need to see how a real service center treats customers and then maybe people will actually buy a car from them. The next Nissan I buy, definitely will NOT be from Nissan of Bradenton. They showed no integrity to entice me to come back. More
