What i can say, is even though the issue was somewhat of a nightmare, i knew the folks, especially Dustin in service, were doing everything they could to remedy the problem. It appears after several attempts, the issue was found and fixed. Communication, customer service, friendliness, great ability to listen, and most of all making the customer feel like we were appreciated and not just another number on the service to complete list were all attributes we felt when working with Dustin and the crew. We are new to the area, and have definitely found our go to dealership for all our service and new car needs!!! Thank you for a great experience! More
Minimum Service No one seems to care if you come there for service or not. I asked for car wash before each service. Had to ask again this time after service was finished. The other times I just did not receive a car wash. Even the car wash is minimal. No vacuuming. Had to pay extra for wheel rotation. Just Not use to this low level of service. More

So Convient Dustin is just the nicest. I hadn't realized that I could drop my car off so I wouldn't have to wake up early in the morning. I dropped my car off to Dustin is just the nicest. He texted around my time slot... but I was sleeping... So, when I finally saw the text telling me what was going on with my car it was 10 am, well past my time slot. However, Dustin didn't make me feel bad about this. I gave him the okay, and he told me that he would text me when he finished. Dustin, you are just a ray of sunshine, so keep being beautiful. And, if your getting service on your car ask for Dustin! More

Routine Check and oil change -- Starting Issue Needed a routine oil change. Had a problem starting the car. It sometimes took three to four times to get the car to fire (Holding down brake and pre Needed a routine oil change. Had a problem starting the car. It sometimes took three to four times to get the car to fire (Holding down brake and pressing start button). The Service Department finished up the service and checked the car for failing to start but, they could not replicate the problem at that time. I returned the car, a couple days later, for the same starting problem with the car. I told them to keep the car until the problem was located and fixed. Days later, the car finally acted up for the Service Crew. They finally discovered the problem was in the brake connection that communicates with the starting switch. They replaced the brake connection and we have not had a problem since. Great job people!!!!! More
