I was treated like royalty because I was purchasing a vehicle my first Finance vehicle but they made me feel like once I walked out that door I was pushed to the back burner I couldn't even get a service vehicle my first Finance vehicle but they made me feel like once I walked out that door I was pushed to the back burner I couldn't even get a service agent from the service department to schedule me an appointment to get my oil changes done as recommended to bring the car since I was financing on the warranty to have it done at that Nissan dealership instead they acted as if I didn't have a job to attend to and they said well if you can't get an appointment and no one's calling you back you just going to have to come in and sit in our lobby and wait for opening to happen as if I had 24 hours in the whole day to wait for them to say come on in sir so instead I took it to into my own hands and service my vehicle according to the oil sticker Valvoline sticker on the windshield I figured that's where the type of older you so I took it to one of those fast oil change places that use the same oil at this point I was better off going somewhere else to finance a car or better off leasing a car cuz at this point I have a dead paperweight sitting in my driveway that I'm paying a car note 4 and very expensive car insurance because I have to get the highest insurance because of financing the vehicle in January we had a very very horrible rainstorm that lasted just about an hour and a half it flooded everywhere all of downtown Del Prado and Cape Coral side streets even my street three cars were getting towed but I had to get home due to a natural disaster my transmission is now damaged due to water contamination here we are two months later and I'm still getting the runaround for phone calls back from anybody from my financial advisor from a service technician from someone just all I need is the warranty number that I need to provide to Ford so that I can bring my vehicle to Ford so they can inspect it as I had paid out of my pocket because Nissan was taken too long I paid to get my car towed to my to a mechanic paid to lower the transmission to inspector transmission and paid for them to put it back up and throw it back to my house because Nissan would not get to me back to me so now I am waiting when I finally got through to somebody a week ago after 2 months they said they'll get back to me with my warranty number that I need to provide Ford with so that I can have my car towed there out of my pocket again so I can pay them to inspect it again so that they can contact the warranty department with the number that I need to provide them with that Nissan is so hesitant to give me and there's always an excuse and can I take a message this is very poor customer service and I will never ever buy a vehicle there or recommend somebody that they do More

I worked with Joanne LaRocque who was amazing. I had looked at several trucks and decided on a new Titan. She was not pushy at all which I can’t stand and instead, was very pleasant and knowledgea I had looked at several trucks and decided on a new Titan. She was also very knowledgeable on the maintenance and financing side which was impressive. I had been at this dealer a couple of years ago and was less than thrilled. They have definitely changed and I would advise anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck to do yourself a favor and call Joanne if you want a great experience.
