Has not heard from Branden since I've text and called him several times.I spoke with Austin also about the issue still has the message on my IPC. Austin did contact the nissan dealer in Jacksonville about the trailer package he promised..but as for the collision message nothing and no one cares apparently so no I would not recommend this dealership..I was also told I have lifetime powertrain warranty on this truck I've looked through the papers I was emailed nowhere does it say lifetime powertrain warranty.. Had to change my positive review because they refuse to provide me with the necessary documents needed to file for the EV tax credit. Do not buy an EV from them unless they provide you with the "Time of Sa provide me with the necessary documents needed to file for the EV tax credit.
