I had very awful service, the sales person and sales managers too, didn’t do their jobs and expect the customers to know everything and aren’t accommodating. Then they said because it was late and they were tired that they messed things up instead of taking full accountability. Every time I tried contacting them for help they wouldn’t reach out to me to solve it. It has been several weeks and I haven’t gotten a refund on the leather seats that they never got installed, which I paid $1,690+tax. They also charged me an additional $2,600 for an optional package which they marked as a requirement and gaslit me into purchasing. The services I wanted and was willing to pay extra for, they denied, and they just forced down unnecessary deals. I had an amazing experience at Nissan of Clearwater. Giennaro was incredibly helpful. There was at no point where he was pushy and he listened to my husband and I.
