My overall experience was positive! First of , I brought my dad with me to buy a car and ended up picking the car of his likings and not what I needed. Had some major issues with air con & front suspension on our 2016 Murano. Dealt with Alex Lukacs. Made me feel very comfortable, rather than feeling I was the “customer” we were partners.
