I bought an F250 Super Duty in October, two weeks post purchase, check engine lights went nuts on the dash-brought it in and complained about it-codes were thrown for the ECM & EGT---their fix was replaci purchase, check engine lights went nuts on the dash-brought it in and complained about it-codes were thrown for the ECM & EGT---their fix was replacing the air flow sensor and topping it with def. I brought it to Ford they said the entire EGR is in need of replacement. I called Colby Petersen--and his statement was, "well ma'am, you probably put the DEF fluid in the gas tank-it is not our problem"....Come to find out they don't even have a certified diesel tech. No wonder the prior owner traded it to them. Sales guy was great. More

The car sales process was horrible. We were passed around to two different sales people and the finance manager was extremely rude. Almost didn't buy the car from then. This was 2 motnhs ago. Now the service side seems to be just as bad as the sales side. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have them look at the steering wheel losing all button control randomly and the cameras and sonar having weird false alarms. Scheduled to go into the service department tomorrow I get a call from a lady saying the dealership now isn't opening till 10 so you can't come at your scheduled appointment. Didn't apologize and when I asked to being it in at 10 she said we only have appointments late afternoon. I asked to speak to the service manager because I'm now having to rearrange my day at 4:30 pm the day before and she transfers me to an automated message that says no voicemail setup good bye. I wish I never bought this vehicle from this dealership and as soon as the complimentary oil changes are used that we get with purchase I'll never step foot in there again. More
