I had a scheduled appointment for service while I waited for my car. After waiting 1 1/2 hours in the lobby, I approached the service person who checked my car in, on the status on my car. I looked out and found my car sitting idle outside service department and was finally told my car has not even been looked at by the mechanic. I was livid, asked for my car back and left.
