I saw a car they had on autotrader and went to their website to review. They had this feature where you can "submit" your offer so I put in everything including all my trade info. The rep that contacted me didn't mention anything about it. When I asked for their best price she said the best price is when you come in and she couldn't help because she was not a sales person so she was not allowed to lower pricing on any of the vehicles. Heres an idea - go find a salesperson and ask! Why are you even bothering to respond just to schedule a time to come in? I have worked with dealerships before where they send me the complete breakdown of the deal before I even show up basically just go there to sign paperwork but this one is still living in the past some dealerships are now even offering to complete the deal at your house and bring you the car! I received an automated email from her about giving me max for my trade days later so I responded and told her I already submitted my trade info, where is the offer?! She never responded. This dealership spends so much money on their commercials they need to spend it on sales training. We went to their dealership over the weekend to just look at the cars no one came out to offer help. Very lazy staff I had a very bad experience with their sales dept years ago when they tried to charge me double the amount the coupon they mailed me said luckily their cashier educated the service guy and they corrected it after she heard me arguing with him. My advice is find another dealership that is actually competent and accommodating! More
