I am dissapointed about the buying process of the new vehicle. The whole processed was rushed. I was told "this deal is only good for today" pressure tactics like that you would expect at a low end deale vehicle. The whole processed was rushed. I was sold a base model Rogue Sport for the price of a SV model. The vehicle has hub caps on it not even actual rims "you call that Sport? we are in 2020 folks, does not have heated side view mirrors defrosting no auto hatch opening, no remote start. Just overall a bad experience, maybe iif the time was taken to explain this to me and my options it would have made a difference. I was charged for Auto Smart Care again not explained no paper work on this and was not given the option to decline this, I have reached out multiple times to the dealer after the purchase with questions but guess what no response. Great business model! The finance department did work hard to get me financed as my credit isn't the greatest but isn't that their job! They were acting like they were doing me the favor. I probably should have went to Clearwater Toyota where they take the time to explain all of this to you and do not pressure you into making a mistake. My next vehicle pruchase will definetly be there. I feel like to guy in the Car Fox commercials with the bag over his head. I sure hope the owner sees this as I am sure he would not want someone to have a bad experience. More
