They don’t want to talk to the “guy with the white shoes” 2. If you have confidence in your salespeople, why do you have creepy managers dropping in on the sales process? That salesperson is supposed to be establishing trust with the customer during the one-on-one and hardly needs hovering “support”. (Hint: it’s really interference.) 3. You need more people like Pete Karos on your team. When you find them, train, support and empower them. Pete and a team of other Pete’s will sell more cars than you can make if you do that.
