That salesperson is supposed to be establishing trust with the customer during the one-on-one and hardly needs hovering “support”. (Hint: it’s really interference.) 3. You need more people like Pete Karos on your team. When you find them, train, support and empower them. Pete and a team of other Pete’s will sell more cars than you can make if you do that.
