The salesman and manager was very helpful and it is a nice facility. It did take the dealer over three hours to give me an agreeable total price, so slightly frustrating that I could have signed three ho nice facility. My experience was great. As a first time buyer I thought it was gonna be a hard process to complete but Mr. Rich Hope made it easy for me, he explained every step and made sure my needs were satisfied. This company most certainly does not want my review but since they're dumb enough to send me an email asking for one here you go... Test drive a vehicle purchase the vehicle did it all from home becaus since they're dumb enough to send me an email asking for one here you go... Test drive a vehicle purchase the vehicle did it all from home because of covet the vehicle was fine when I drove it no dash lights on... When it was delivered to me two days later after the salesman left and I turned the vehicle on to go to the store a tire sensor lights on I reached out to him immediately and he told me yeah he knew it's just a sensor no issues... Wasn't on when I test drove it and I certainly didn't pay $10,000 to fix something so of course red flags right there that I'm sure something was unplugged when I test drove the vehicle so I wouldn't know... The next day I reached out to the dealership whoever answered the phone which I don't remember was terribly rude so I left work and went to the dealership spoke with someone on the floor who assured me he was going to speak to the manager about getting it fixed and even had them pull it in service to see why the light was on and they told him because of the tire sensor is bad..... 14 days later I'm still trying to get an answer on that but now no one will return my call or messages... so 14 days in from buying the car I haven't even made a car payment yet Not only is the tire sensor light on but now the check engine lights on and no one will answer me about that either.. but 7 days after purchasing the car they can text me an email me that they need proof of my address for the bank I'm sure that probably should have been handled before the final purchase.... And of course as soon as I reply and ask about the lights on in the car suddenly nobody answers anymore. I'm not dealing with the dealership anymore I will be taking the next step ahead of them because this is insane they have sold me a complete lemon and refuse to fix anything.. so my only advice to any future buyers.. your best bet is to run in the other direction because this dealership is a joke and a disgrace! Justin Thayer was great. When the GM and financial department starts getting involved it becomes a grueling experience. 7 hours to purchase a new car is unacceptable and unnecessary. Good coffee and salespeople are nice. They start with a very high margin offer, not very impressive, but they are willing to get into the reasonable spectrum to do a deal. My vehicle needs a couple extra features of what is available and I should have waited until that had on of the better equipped vehicles. My bad. So three years of a car that's cool but that will never quite be a great car with everything I want. Not bad though. Never do a deal the first time you visit unless you did your homework even if it seems alright. Would have loved to wait and get the couple extra options I would have wanted and didn't know about. Salespeople try to sell what is there for as much as a customer will pay rather than make a customer for the long term. More
