I called and gave all my information to JT, who said I'd have an answer from the GM by morning. No update came, so I followed up. I was told the GM would get with me once he arrived. Hours passed—still noth have an answer from the GM by morning. No update came, so I followed up. I was told the GM would get with me once he arrived. Hours passed—still nothing. I checked in again and was told they got caught up with another customer but would have an answer shortly. Meanwhile, I looked up the VIN for insurance purposes and discovered the car had already been sold. Only after I confronted them did they admit it and say they were “locating another one” for me—without verifying any deal or confirming next steps. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives car dealerships a bad reputation. Poor communication, broken promises, and no respect for the customer’s time. I expected better. More
