They did not make Me feel Huge😳 I was at the dealership for over six hours! The process was very thorough and mostly effective, but communication was very scarce and way to much Wai I was at the dealership for over six hours! Even though the negotiator Phil was very knowledgeable and I believe was honest, he treated me the opposite of FRANK .(ie: Comparison not Confusion) I feel I got a fair deal, but absolutely positively NOT HUGE 🤔 Follow-up has been Excellent! Great Salesman; Slow with Financing My salesman was TJ and he was great!!! He paid close attention to what I was looking for and amount I wanted to pay monthly. He went to an offsite lot just to get the vehicle I wanted. However, you have to deal with too many people there. I dealt with several employees all in different roles. It would make the car buying experience a little more comfortable and easy if you have to only deal with the sales person and finance department. Other than that, I got a great vehicle and thank TJ for all of his efforts. I would suggest him as your next car buying sales person. More

Time Wasted I can in with an approval letter for a lender of my choice and was redirected to a lender not of my choice. My credit score dropped significantly due to the process of searching through other lender I'm still receiving rejection letter. I was held at the dealership for over six-hours. I was sent home with an inferior car that I returned the following morning. I am thankful that Mr.Franklin- Scott immediately presented with a dream automobile.
